Pear & Oat Crumble

Ingredients:
4 ripe pears, peeled & sliced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Juice of ½ lemon
Crumble topping:
100g oats
75g plain flour
75g butter or vegan spread
75g brown sugar
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
Toss pears with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a baking dish.
Rub butter into flour until crumbly, then mix in oats and sugar.
Spread topping over pears and bake 30–35 mins until golden.
Serve warm with custard or yoghurt.
