Spiced Apple & Cranberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
100g rolled oats
250ml milk or plant milk
1 small apple, grated
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional: maple syrup or honey to taste
Topping: chopped pecans, extra apple or cranberries
Method:
Mix oats, milk, grated apple, cranberries, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl or jar.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hrs).
In the morning, stir again and add toppings.
Serve cold or gently warmed.
